How it works
- Open Meeting Timer during a meeting and add topics or choose standup mode.
- Set a duration and start the current agenda slot.
- Pause, extend, or advance the agenda as the discussion moves on.
What you can do
- Add, rename, reorder, or remove up to 12 agenda items.
- Start, pause, resume, extend, or move between agenda slots.
- Build a standup order from the Humans in the Room.
- See which items are done, current, or upcoming.
Why use it in a Free4Chat Room
Share one Room link so participants can join the same meeting context, with voice and chat nearby. A late joiner can catch up with the current agenda state.
Limits & privacy
V1 allows 1–12 agenda items and a standup mode with one timed slot per Human in the Room. The agenda is temporary, not saved for later, and may be lost if all participants close or reload the App.
